Bloom Dental Care

A concept dental clinic in Pune. How we would design its website, and why.

The brief we set ourselves

A neighbourhood dental clinic offering everyday care and implants wants more booked visits from people nearby who search on their phones. Most of those people are anxious, unsure what treatment they need, and worried about cost.

What we did, and why

5 decisions.

  1. WhatsApp first, call second

The main button books on WhatsApp. Calling is the second option.

Why: Most patients in India would rather message than fill a form or call during work hours.

  2. Booking is always one thumb away

A bar at the bottom of every screen: Call, WhatsApp, Book.

Why: People decide at different moments. The button should be there whenever they do.

  3. Start from the problem, not the treatment

"What brings you in today?" lets people pick a service or describe what they feel.

Why: Patients rarely know treatment names. They know they have pain, a chipped tooth or a gap.

  4. A calm tone, with cost addressed upfront

Unhurried language, plain explanations, and a clear pricing promise.

Why: Fear and cost are the two biggest reasons people put off seeing a dentist.

  5. Small nudges that get remembered

A friendly prompt asks "Did you rinse after lunch?" Answer "Not yet" and the page drains to grey.

Why: A moment people smile at is a moment they remember, and share.

What this means for your clinic

Your website’s job is to turn a nervous search into a booked visit. Every choice here (WhatsApp first, starting from symptoms, cost upfront) serves that one job.

Or get a growth audit

Bloom Dental Care is a concept. It is not a real clinic.
