Terms of use

These terms apply when you use webcof.com, message us, or buy a growth audit. Ongoing work for a clinic is covered by a separate written agreement signed with that clinic.

“Webcof”, “we” and “us” mean Vinay Ramdas Kadam, a sole proprietorship trading as Webcof (GSTIN 27DTOPK0189Q1ZQ), Office 302, City Center, Hadapsar, Pune 411028, Maharashtra, India.

Messages and answers

• We reply to every message within 1 working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm IST, excluding public holidays.
• Quick answers are general guidance about websites and marketing. They are not legal, medical or financial advice.
• If a question needs real work, we tell you the cost first. We never start paid work without your written go-ahead.

Growth audit

• Price: ₹10,000 + GST, paid in advance through a Razorpay payment link we send you.
• What you get: a review of your website, your Google presence and 3 nearby clinics; the top 5 fixes, ranked; and a recorded walkthrough.
• Delivery: within 5 working days of payment and of receiving the details we ask for. If details reach us late, delivery moves by the same number of days.
• Adjustment: if you start ongoing work with us within 30 days of receiving the audit, we deduct ₹10,000 from your first month’s fee. Once per clinic; not exchangeable for cash; not transferable.
• Cancellation and refunds: cancel before we start and we refund in full. We start on the next working day after we have your payment and details. Once work has started, the audit can’t be refunded. If we miss the 5-working-day delivery (not counting delays waiting on you), you can choose a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
• Delivery format: digital only, by WhatsApp, email or a shared folder.

No guarantees on results

We commit to doing careful work and reporting honestly. We don’t guarantee rankings, enquiries, patients or revenue. Google, Meta and other platforms control their own systems and can change them at any time.

Work marked “Concept” on this website was created by Webcof to show how we approach clinics. Clinic names and any figures shown inside concept work are illustrative and do not describe real clinics or real results.

Content and ownership

The text, design, images, videos and code of webcof.com belong to Webcof. You may share links to our pages and quote short parts with credit. Please don’t copy pages or downloads in full without our permission.

Using this website

Don’t use this website to break the law, send spam, access systems you’re not allowed to, test its security without our written permission, or copy its content at scale. We may block access that does any of these.

Links to other services

We link to services such as WhatsApp, Google and Razorpay. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about this website or a growth audit is limited to the amount you paid us for that audit. We’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost patients.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect audits already paid for.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, we’ll both try to settle any disagreement by talking it through for at least 30 days.
