Webcof is hiring a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. You will take ownership of our brand channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.), executing content strategies that drive real engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how to build brands, not just post pictures.
Key Details
- Location: 302, City Center, Hadapsar, Pune (In-Office)
- Duration: 3 – 6 Months (Leading to Full-Time Role)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday OFF)
- Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Channel Management: Manage the daily schedule for our social channels.
- Content Scheduling: Plan posts 1 week in advance using our content calendar tools.
- Community Management: Actively reply to comments and DMs to build a loyal audience.
- Trend Adaptation: Identify trending audio/topics and adapt them for our Travel & Health niches.
- Analytics: Track weekly growth (Views, Likes, Follows) and report on what is working.
Eligibility Criteria
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels and LinkedIn algorithms.
- Tools: Proficiency in Canva (for quick design edits) and basic video editing (CapCut/VN).
- Writing: Ability to write engaging captions and hooks.
- Mindset: Organized and consistent. You never miss a scheduled post.
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: ₹8,000/ Month (Fixed)
- Incentives: Performance Bonuses.
- PPO Opportunity: Successful interns will be absorbed as full-time Social Media Executives.
- 5-Day Work Week: We work Mon-Fri. Weekends are for rest.
