Webcof is hiring creative UI/UX Designer to build professional, high-performing websites. Your core focus will be designing website layouts, landing pages, and web interfaces using Figma. If you understand how to design websites that look good and convert visitors, this role is for you.
Key Details
- Location: 302, City Center, Hadapsar, Pune (In-Office)
- Duration: 3 Months (Leading to PPO)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday OFF)
- Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities
- Website Design: Create complete website layouts (Home, About, Services, etc.) from scratch using Figma.
- Landing Pages: Design high-converting sales pages and marketing funnels.
- Responsive Layouts: Ensure all web designs are perfectly optimized for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
- Developer Handoff: Organize layers and assets in Figma so developers can easily code your designs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
- Core Skill: Strong understanding of Web Layouts, Grid Systems, and Typography.
- Portfolio: Must share a link to your portfolio showcasing Website & Landing Page designs (App designs alone are not enough).
- Commitment: Must be available for a full-time, 6-month in-office internship.
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: ₹10,000 / Month (Fixed)
- Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 / Month (Based on design quality & speed).
- PPO Opportunity: Successful interns will be offered a permanent role.
- 5-Day Work Week: We work Mon-Fri. Weekends are for rest.
