Webcof is hiring a Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition for our agency. Your core responsibility is to generate B2B leads and close deals for our portfolio of services. You must be adaptable and ready to pitch diverse business solutions as the company grows.
Key Details
- Location: 302, City Center, Hadapsar, Pune (In-Office)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday OFF)
- Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Experience Level: 0 – 1 Year
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential B2B clients (SMEs, Corporates, Brands).
- Sales Pitching: Present Webcof’s current service offerings.
- Closing: Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close contracts to meet monthly targets.
- Adaptability: Quickly learn and pitch new service lines as Webcof expands into new niches.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-1 year in Sales or Business Development (Freshers welcome).
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English. (Marathi is a strong plus).
- Mobility: Willing/able to travel within Pune for client meetings.
- Mindset: Open to learning about different industries (Tech, Travel, Healthcare, Media).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ₹15,000 / Month (Fixed)
- Incentives: Performance bonuses on every successful deal closed.
- Travel Allowance: Fuel reimbursement for official client visits.
- 5-Day Work Week: We work Mon-Fri.
